Mr Kurt Gerhardt makes well constructed argument on "Why Africa is Losing its Dignity", which I fully concur with. I have seen it first hand in Eritrea, as the country strives for self reliance and refuse free hand outs, donor countries and NGO's don't seem equipped or interested to adopt to its requests, leading for many of them to leave the country.
