Mittels Förderprogrammen will die Bundesregierung mehr Unternehmen nach Afrika locken. Dort ist China den Firmen aber weit voraus.

Berlin.. Der deutschen Wirtschaft geht die Puste aus, im letzten Quartal sank das Bruttoinlandsprodukt um 0,1 Prozent und bei Ökonomen wachsen die Befürchtungen vor einer Rezession. Abhilfe soll nun nach Vorstellung der Bundesregierung ausgerechnet der Kontinent schaffen, der bisher nicht gerade für Wirtschaftskraft stand: Afrika.
