Eight migrants deported from Djibouti to South Sudan, Homeland Security says

WASHINGTON/NAIROBI, July 5 (Reuters) - The Trump administration has deported to South Sudan eight migrants who had been held for more than a month by the U.S. at a military base in Djibouti, the Department of Homeland Security said on Saturday, after the migrants lost a last-ditch effort to halt their transfer to the politically unstable country.

Berlin: (hib/JOH) Der Etat des Bundesministeriums für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) soll nach Plänen der Bundesregierung 2025 um fast zehn Prozent im Vergleich zum Vorjahr sinken. Statt 11,22 Milliarden Euro veranschlagt die Koalition in ihrem Entwurf für den Bundeshaushaltsplan (21/500) nur noch 10,28 Milliarden Euro für das Haus von Bundesministerin Reem Alabali Radovan (SPD).
